ABOUT US
Letac Drafting Services is a VBA registered architectural drafting.
Leslie is a registered Building Practitioner in both Architectural Drafting, Domestic and Commercial Construction and is a member of the HIA.
The office Administration is run by Karen who has been in the mortgage and finance industry for over 20 years. Her input into client assistance and expertise makes her a valuable team member.
Letac has a team of experienced professionals with over 50 years of combined experience led by director Leslie Cachia who has over 40 years in the building and construction industry.
Our Senior Draftsman Raj has many years of experience in the Architectural industry and brings the multiculturalism to our office. He has assisted with several clients of international background.
Letac Drafting Services assists students with their work experience and developing their skills in the drafting and construction industry. We aim to provide an excellent foothold for students into this vast and developing industry.
Our office is made up of Sales staff, Accounting, Administration and a drawing office of 5 draftspeople ranging from experienced designers to cadet draftsperson.
We have designed multiple unit developments, multi level apartment building, community centers, Medical facilities and numerous small to large extensions, as well as simple garages, carports, vernadas etc., our recent specialty has been rectifing illegal works and getting building permit approval.
